Davide Orlando

Davide is a young entrepreneur who is leading a group of four people in the construction of the i-muse™ videoguide system, a project hosted at the startup incubator of the Politecnico di Milano since December 2006.
The idea to build an innovative videoguide system was developed during 2005 when he commissioned the Centro Volta research center of Como the feasibility study for the project.
He then proceeded by assembling the team during 2006 and searching for people with complementary skills needed to turn his initiative into an entrepreneurial project.
In 2001 while completing studies in Computer Science at the Politecnico of Milano he worked as a full time programmer at Trecision, one of the few italian software houses active in the videogaming industry. This was for the development of the physics engine of a scooter racing game running on a multiplatform middleware 3D graphics engine.
In 2003 he worked as an independent developer creating educational software for mobile devices. His software for Euro coins collectors got a series of national and international awards.
In 2005 he started working as a freelance consultant and in 2006 he developed the hardware and software system for the tailor shop Sartoria Orefice in Cernobbio under the scientific coordination of the Centro Volta research center,
A success case in process innovation applied to a five generation traditional which allowed him to specialize in software usability issues.
He now manages and is the programmer of the i-muse™ project.

Guido Panini

Marketing
Guido is the marketing manager of a group of four people dedicated to the development of the i-muse™ videoguide system, a project hosted at the startup incubator of the Politecnico di Milano since December 2006.
He joined Davide Orlando since he described the idea of creating an innovative videoguide system at the end of 2006 and he was immediately involved in an outstanding working experience.
He started studying the market, its threats and opportunities while structuring a business model to be applied for the product.
Guido studied at University Luigi Bocconi of Milan and then graduated in business & administration at the University of Colorado at Boulder with a double major in marketing and management.
He worked as marketing coordinator for three year with Arthur Andersen where he was responsible for the sub-brand Andersen Legal developing skills in communication, business development, legal issues and planning. After the Enron case that disaggregate the Andersen network, he moved to Deloitte & Touche as senior consultant. Here he was involved in many projects of knowledge management and business planning in different market segments such us insurance, automotive, banking, energy, technology and many others. He then became franchising manager in an Italian fashion company where he structured the business plan for a network of unique luxury boutiques. Nowadays he collaborates with companies to develop innovative marketing plans based on pioneering technologies. He is now responsible for marketing and business development of the i-muse™ project.



Luca Fadigati

Graphics & UI
Luca, in the i-muse™ project, takes care of everything about creativity and graphics.
From 2001 he is a freelance web designer; till today he worked in some web agencies and he has directly followed a lot of  companies to create their web site projects, studing layout interfaces, usability and accessibility of the information.
From 2004 he is working with Milestone Srl, italian software house active in the videogame industry focused on racing games.
At Milestone here creates graphics and animations for menus and in-game interfaces (User Interface and HUD).
Thanks to these noumerous experiences he could grow his skills in development of user interfaces on different media.
When Davide Orlando in 2006 asked him to join to the i-muse™ team he accepted immediately seeing in this plan a new interesting challenge tied to the development on mobile technologies.

Paolo Sinigaglia

Paolo Sinigaglia, with his partner Samantha Vanossi, founded Oplà S.r.l. in 2002, a start-up which is hosted at the startup incubator of the Politecnico di Milano. Oplà S.r.l. conceives, realizes and manages innovative communication products, creates content for many types of media, holds a graphic studio and offers full scale services for communication. The idea of starting the company was born from a group of professionals including journalists, creative artists, graphic artists and computer specialists. It operates on the market with an interdisciplinary team possessing wide experience in the world of media, consultancy, management and informatics. For the i-muse™ project Paolo Sinigaglia attended to contents audits, animation project and i-muse™ activities co-ordination. He attended also to commercial offers.
